Angel Investing 301: Investor Leadership Series

This half day course provides an investor who is interested in leading deals and sitting on the board of an early stage company with the tools to do this effectively. Material covered includes leading a due diligence team, and handling key decision points in the process such as negotiating term sheets. It also covers the fiduciary responsibilities of a board member and guidance on issues that specifically arise on the boards of early stage companies. Considerable emphasis is placed on the role of the board in steering the company towards an exit. Exercises throughout the series provide practical learning experience based on actual examples.

Golden Seeds San Francisco - seeking new members

We welcome new members to our monthly Forums, usually on the third Tuesday of each month. We alternate between meeting in the city one month and Palo Alto the next.
